აქ აღწერილია, როგორ წაშალო შენი EliWords-ის ანგარიში და მასთან დაკავშირებული ყველა მონაცემი.

როგორ მოითხოვო წაშლა

  • მოგვწერე ელფოსტაზე eng.with.eli@gmail.com იმ მისამართიდან, რომლითაც EliWords-ში შედიხარ, სათაურით „მონაცემების წაშლა" — ან უბრალოდ უთხარი მასწავლებელს.
  • ანგარიშსა და ყველა მონაცემს 30 დღის განმავლობაში წავშლით და დადასტურებას მოგწერთ.

რა წაიშლება

  • ანგარიში — ელფოსტა და სახელი;
  • სასწავლო პროგრესი — გახსნილი ეპიზოდები და ბოლო გაჩერება;
  • შენახული (რჩეული) სიტყვები;
  • მოსმენის პარამეტრები;
  • ხარვეზის შესახებ გაგზავნილი შეტყობინებები — შენ მიერ დაწერილი ტექსტი და მასთან ერთად გაგზავნილი ტექნიკური ინფორმაცია მოწყობილობისა და გვერდის შესახებ;
  • აპიდან გამოგზავნილი უკუკავშირი — შენ მიერ დაწერილი ტექსტი.

Google-ით შესვლისას

თუ EliWords-ში Google-ით შედიხარ, კავშირის გაწყვეტა შეგიძლია Google-შიც: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → EliWords → Remove. ეს შესვლას გათიშავს, მაგრამ ჩვენთან შენახული მონაცემების წასაშლელად მაინც მოგვწერე ზემოთ აღწერილი წესით.

This page describes how to delete your EliWords account and all data connected to it.

How to request deletion

  • Email eng.with.eli@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in to EliWords with the subject "Data deletion" — or simply tell your teacher.
  • We will delete your account and all of your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

  • Your account — email address and display name;
  • Learning progress — opened episodes and your last stop;
  • Saved (starred) words;
  • Listening preferences;
  • Bug reports you sent — what you typed, and the technical details about your device and the page that were sent with it;
  • Feedback you sent from the app — what you typed.

If you sign in with Google

If you use Google to sign in to EliWords, you can also disconnect it on Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → EliWords → Remove. That disconnects the login, but to erase the data we store, please still email us as described above.
